We've been looking at Crochet recently and so I wanted to share a few crochet classes I found on Craftsy...Crochet Basics and Beyond (w/Kim Werker)
Crochet Lab Class
Crochet Beyond Rectangles Class
These all seem to be classes aimed at beginners and re-learners. So do have a look for your self and have a go.
Here's one I have recently restarted myself; Woodland Animals Class with Stacey Trock from the fabulous www.freshstitches.com... you should read her blog!
In this class you learn all of the basics to making four basic animal patterns; starting with a basic bird shape... my Jay is below and then progressing to more complex shapes until you get to a fully antlered reindeer.
I must confess as a complete crochet novice I was sceptical that I would be able to read my stitches let alone make anything, but Stacey is an amazing teacher and Craftsy have certainly got this one right... after a few hours I had a little blue bird of my own!
So I really can recommend this class... next up for me will be the teddy I think... just deciding on colours.
Let me knwo if you take up teh class, as I'd love to see what you are making.
P.S. This is an affiliate post, so whilst the opinions are my own and offers are selected at my choosing, each sale derived from this post will result in my earning a small commission. Commissions and sponsorships go towards the costs of running this blog and giveaways. Thank you.
